as well access to whatever mental and/or spiritual health services

| Ensures the social needs are met and that each person has
access to the services they need. Acts as a resident advocate
to ensure that each resident is able to be at their highest
level of functioning. |

Oversees the entire Nutritional Services Department, which
includes the production of meals as well as ensuring that the
dietary needs of each resident are being met.

Completes the overall assessment of each resident, which
is used as a basis for what care is needed.
