Pine Skilled Nursing Community:

Our Pines Skilled Nursing Community is a newly structured Community that has the
ability to accommodate long-term residents as well as short-term residents in need of therapy
and skilled nursing services.

We provide speech, occupational and physical therapy as well as registered dietary services, 24 hour registered nursing coverage to handle Ostomy care, IV needs and medication management, a certified wound care nurse to address skin issues and infection control, and Social Services to assist with discharge planning.

Our Activities Department, as part of the Interdisciplinary Team provides stimulation for residents in all three Communities. These activities are geared to maximize the greatest potential for each resident to remain at their highest level of functioning whether long-term, short-term, or cognitively impaired.

Within all Three Communities, our Interdisciplinary Team oversees all staffing and resident care to ensure the highest quality of service and standards are provided to our residents and their families.
