Maple Memory Community:

Our Maple Memory Community can accommodate 22 residents with a diagnosis of
severe Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

It is a separate secured unit that provides staff assistance appropriate to each resident’s needs. The smaller community allows each resident the freedom to explore within the unit, but protect them from wandering outside of their environment.

Resident’s can also visit with friends and family in a newly renovated dining and sitting area which has an open and friendly atmosphere.

Our specially trained staff under the supervision of our Care Plan Team ensures each

Resident maintains the highest quality of life allowable
according to the severity of their illness.

Our Activities Department, as part of the Interdisciplinary Team provides stimulation for residents in all three Communities. These activities are geared to maximize the greatest potential for each resident to remain at their highest level of functioning whether long-term, short-term, or cognitively impaired.

Within all Three Communities, our Interdisciplinary Team oversees all staffing and resident care to ensure the highest quality of service and standards are provided to our residents and their families.
