The mission of Ivy Woods Manor is to enhance quality of life while providing
quality care to residents with psychiatric disorders as well as cognitive /
behavioral issues associated with various types of dementia and Alzheimer’s
disease.
Ivy Woods Manor is a skilled nursing, intermediate, and long term care facility. Ivy
Woods Manor also provides long-term and short-term rehabilitative care while
encouraging all residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
At Ivy Woods Manor we have the “inside edge” when it comes to providing Mental
Health / Behavior Management services. We specialize in psychiatric disorders,
dementia, cognitive deficits behavior issues and Alzheimer’s disease. Every
employee of our facility has a true understanding of and are trained in mental health,
behavior management and physical crisis intervention techniques.

The staff at Ivy Woods prides itself in excellence in all areas of resident care. The
vision of our parent company, Guardian Elder Care, Inc. is to provide not only the
medical care, but the personal needs of each resident.
Following admission, our interdisciplinary team becomes involved in the resident’s assessment and care plan. While keeping the resident and family an important part of the care process, a treatment plan is established with goals and objectives to optimize each resident’s independence.
Ivy Woods Manor is a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, Bureau of Workers
Compensation and most other private insurance providers and private payment
accepted.
